I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
✦ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue and refund a commission at any time.
✦ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.II. PAYMENT & FEES
✦ 50% Payment required before I start, remainder shall be required after the sketch has been approved.
✦ Payment is done through PayPal using GPB.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
✦ Must be 18+ to commission me, otherwise have explicit parental permission to do so. I will NOT be drawing lewd/suggestive material for under 18s.
✦ Provide clear reference images of the character/subject. Mood boards are welcome for inspiration, but not as standalone references. Pose references are very much welcome !!IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
✦ I will send over a sketch for approval via Discord before continuing the commission process.
✦ I do not work by sharp deadlines. If a deadline is needed, please discuss this beforehand and we will work out an upcharge based on how soon the finished product is needed.
✦ Please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission, as I am in full education (uni) and part time work. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed, but the most I will take is approximately a month.V. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
✦ I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media unless explicitly stated otherwise by the commissioner, you.
✦ I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
✦ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
✦ The final product is strictly for your personal use only.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
✦ Print the work for personal use.
✦ Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
✦ Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
✦ Claim the artwork as yours.
✦ Remove my watermark/signature.
✦ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
✦ Colour in my sketches or lineart unless permitted to do so.
✦ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
✦ Reproduce the work commercially.VI. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
✦ Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
✦ You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.VII. WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process:
✦ Rough sketch
✦ Lines
✦ Flat color
✦ Final artwork
